Elegant spotless rooms, they are provided with the bathrooms as well as bath up.

Had elegant pool villa in good condition and wake-up service was available in it.

The room was very clean and maintained and available with beautiful views and a great outdoor shower, for instance. The swim-up bar was a delightful surprise.

The breakfast was delicious with amazing desserts.

There were too high beds.

Lovely beds and a mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control. Large bathroom and a bathtub with good sewerage.

I spent a great time here, totally recommend to anyone. I really enjoyed this secure hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The breakfast was reasonably good with amazing desserts and the pool was heated. The pool

clean hotel in an amazing building very close to the indonesian restaurant, ubud market by shuttle bus and the activities on the east side of ubud such as the tegallalang rice paddies and mount batur. spacious room overall, with bath up. reasonably 

The rooms with nice bathrooms and a great outdoor shower, for instance, good and really kind stuff with their service.

A nice size units with stocked complimentary mini-bar, bath up plus huge bathroom, and the staff were well-trained.

Service and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was ideal for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The spa services offered were top-notch and worth every penny.

Certain issues with cleanliness were noticeable, including algae in the showers and ants in the bed. Some maintenance issues were also evident, such as mismatched paint in the rooms and water skeeters in the pool.

The personel is friendly, it's clean, the rooms are spacious. When we ordered wine in the room, they made that into a very romantic event with candles and cake.

Other hotels offer courtesy airport pick-up. Kamandalu would us charge 40 US$, which is twice as much as a normal taxidriver. The room was very clean however it smelled a bit damp. The food was not very much to our liking, the restaurant too big, with a very bad entertainment singer (our opinion, I'm sure there were people who liked him).

Convenient location, beautiful site, very quite (except the airconditioning in room, see below), relaxing, very friendly staff. In one word : nice.

The first night we did not sleep well at all because of some bugs in the bed sheets (dust mites). The staff changed all sheets and cleaned the bed upon our request and the second nite was much better except for the rather noisy airconditioning. This item definetely needs upgrading.

The property is peaceful, it has amazingly attentive and caring staff with their service. The view to the jungle is wonderful, the room is beautifully decorated and well-designed.

The restaurant here was fabulous for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. The hotel had a stunning and great location a few steps away from Nyoman Ada Gallery...
